Project Title  :  'Development and demonstration of a green technology for conversion of crop residues into gaseous and solid bio-fuel for household/commercial application'

Qualification : M.Tech in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Biochemical Engineering or  Masters degree in Chemistry/ Biochemistry with NET/GATE/ or any National level examination from CSIR/UGC/DBT/DST/ICAR

Desirable: Sound knowledge in designing of bio-reactors, analytical chemistry, organic molecules, chemical extraction methods and down-stream processing, assist in writing progress reports and organizing workshops/meeting to disseminate research output. Two to three years experience in research work and candidates with exposure in field projects will be preferred. Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Qualification  : M.Tech/B.Tech (Chemical/Renewable Energy/Biotechnology or relevant field) or M.Sc (Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Biochemistry/Chemistry or relevant field)

Desirable :  Basic knowledge of analytical techniques, Standard methods for examination of water and wastewater, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, good verbal and written communication skills and Laboratory maintenance. Two to three years experience in research work and candidates with exposure in field projects will be preferred

Emolument :  The amount of JRF and project assistant will be as per DBT, Government of India norms.
