Project Assistants/Research Associate Botany job opportunities in CSIR‐Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CSIR‐CIMAP) on purely temporary basis

Project Assistants (Level-II) under Aroma Mission Project (HCP-0007) and Research Associate (RA-I) under DBT sponsored GAP project tenable at CSIR-CIMAP Research Centre, Bengaluru.

1. Project Assistant (Level-II) /1 Position

Essential: M.Sc. with Min. 55% in Botany.

Desirable: Experience in Germplasm collection and evaluation in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants.

Age: 30 Years

Pay Scale: Rs.25, 000/- + HRA

2. Project Assistant (Level-II)/1 Position

Essential: M.Sc. with Min. 55% in Botany.

Desirable: Field experiment, data collection and demonstration experience in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants.

Age: 30 Years

Pay Scale : Rs.25, 000/- + HRA

3. Project Assistant (Level-II)/1 Position

Essential: M.Sc. with Min. 55% in Botany/Biotechnology/Microbiology.

Desirable: Field collection and lab experience with diversity studies in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants.

Age: 30 Years

Pay Scale : Rs.25, 000/- + HRA

4. Research Associate (RA-I) /1 Position

Essential: M.Sc. with Min. 55% in Botany and three years of research experiences or Ph.D. submitted or awarded in Botany with at least one research paper in SCI journal.

Desirable: Plant Taxonomy / Ecology studies with Field Experience in Western Ghats.

Age: 35 Years

Pay Scale : Rs. 36,000/- + HRA
