Job Description
Project Associate Physics recruitment in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)
Kanpur. purely temporary & on contractual basis.
Qualification: M. Sc. Physics (equivalent degree in Physics).
Desirable: Sound knowledge of Physics in topics such as, classical mechanics, classical electrodynamics, quantum mechanics, general properties of matter and solid state physics. Basic concepts of electronics, circuitry, and instrumentation. Familiar with handling of basic instruments which are generally used in experimental physics such as power supply, voltmeter, ammeter, CRO, electronic circuit components, optical lens, and optical microscope etc. Knowledge of at least one computer programming language (e.g. C, Fortran, Python) at the elementary level.

Salary range: Rs. 15000- 30000
