Project Title  :  “Estimation of economic losses in real term per hectare basis due to forest fire in Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh”

Project Associate

Qualification  :  Masters in Forestry/Botany/Zoology/Ecology/Environmental Economics/Wildlife Science/Geo-informatics from a recognized University with Ph. D. degree or minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field.

Desirable : Preference will be given to the candidate having working experience in Ecological economics/Environmental accounting/RS & GIS related studies. The candidate should have experience in habitat quantification using different approaches, wildlife surveys, occupancy analysis, population estimation.

Emoluments : Rs.36,000/- plus HRA (as admissible)

Age Limit :  34 years (Age relaxation applicable as per GOI norms)

Project Biologists

Qualification :  Masters in Forestry/Botany/Zoology/Ecology/Environmental Economics/Wildlife Science/Geo-informatics from a recognized University with Ph. D. degree or minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field.

Desirable : Preference will be given to the candidate having specialization in Ecological economics/Environmental accounting/RS & GIS related studies at Masters level. The candidate should have field cum lab experience.
