Project Associate/ Project Scientist Chemical Engg. recruitment in Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur temporary or contractual posts
Project Associate/1 Post
Project entitled “Design and synthesis of electrospun peptide-polymer nanofibers for disease diagnostics and biomedical applications”
Essential Qualifications: B.Tech (Chemical Engineering/Biotechnology/Material Science & Engineering/
Nanotechnology) Or
M.Sc (Microbiology/Chemistry) Or B.Sc (Microbiology/Chemistry) + MCA.
Desired Qualifications: Candidates having previous research experience in
Nanotechnology, especially in Nanofibers, Nanocomposites, synthesis of biomaterials, cell/bacteria handling will be preferred.
Experienced candidates who have worked in clean rooms and done characterization of materials using lab equipment like
AFM, UTM, FESEM, Raman Spectroscopy, optical microscope, image processing tools, statistical analysis and surface physics of thin
films/nanomaterials synthesis with relevant publications and patents will be preferred.
Salary Range: Rs. 18000-45000

Nanotechnology) + 3 Yr. relevant experience.
