Project Associate Sociology recruitment in Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Kolkata on temporary basis
Project Title : “ Strengthening livelihood opportunities for forest dwellers in Jharkhand and Odisha”
No. of Post : 01
Qualifications : MA in Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ other social science subjects with experience in research projects in the field of rural development. Minimum one year of Research/ Field study experience from reputed institute or university on livelihood issues. agrarian studies, or rural development will be preferred. Experience in application of SPSSI other related statistical packages for social sciences is desired.
Pay : Rs.20000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) per month (Consolidated).
Tenure of appointment : The appointment is likely to be till 31 March 2019 from the date of his/ her joining the institute which may be extended later/ terminated earlier depending upon availability of the funds, requirement of the project and performance of the candidate.
Age : The age limit is 35 years as on 01 March 2018.
