Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Data Maintenance & Integrity: Create, update, and maintain master data records (vendors, materials, customers) within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
Data Governance & Quality: Perform audits, enforce data quality standards, and implement validation rules to ensure data consistency.
Workflow Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for data requests, managing the intake, tracking, and execution of data changes through approval workflows.
System Integration: Coordinate the integration and synchronization of data across various systems, such as CRM, PLM, and ERP systems.
Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards for management to monitor data accuracy and KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in data management, ERP maintenance, or master data management (MDM).
ERP Proficiency: Strong experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and data analytical skills.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with various departments, high attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
