Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Execution:
Track daily progress of Microwave (MW) link installation, commissioning, alignment, and site integration activities.
Maintain and update project trackers, daily progress reports (DPR), and delivery schedules.
Monitor timelines for site readiness, material dispatch, and team deployment.
Vendor & Field Team Management:
Coordinate with vendor teams, subcontractors, and field engineers for site access, installation activities, and material delivery.
Assist in resolving site-level bottlenecks, access issues, and technical escalation.
Documentation & Compliance:
Collect, verify, and archive Site Acceptance Test (SAT) reports, Handover Packs (HOP), and sign-off documents.
Ensure compliance with client processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Prepare client reporting decks, weekly status reports, and project dashboards.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as the key liaison between internal teams (Supply Chain/SCM, Logistics, Technical Support) and external stakeholders/clients.
Track inventory, material request forms (MRFs), and equipment dispatches to field sites.
