Scope of work of the Project Coordinator:
Responsible as a single point of contact for any escalations for Project Roll Out across the State/Region.
Responsible for the smooth project roll out.
Ensure committed delivery on the project rollout front and arrange clearances and necessary approvals.
Maintain the correct and updated database with the relevant details of all the Clients.
Mobilize manpower to field to attend required site visit.
Ensure that each and every complaint is taken to a logical conclusion irrespective of the dependency.
Ensure committed delivery on site.
Ensure smooth achievement of project timelines.
Ensure compliance of the Contract.
Check if every bill is submitted in correct format and with all documents as stipulated in Tender T&C.
Single point of contact for all queries and resolution.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
