Job Description
- Organize meetings and interact with Client as face of GR
- Record minutes at meetings
- Keep detailed project notes and records
- Create project schedules
- Create task lists for team members
- Monitor project progress, budget, hours, etc
- Track and manage incoming paperwork
- Keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and paperwork
- Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency
- Communicate and liaison with Base office ( Operations Manager ) on all day to day activities.
- Work Experience : 2+ years of onsite project experience, Will to work in different project locations across India.
- Education : B.Tech (Mech)
- Skills : Team Management, Project Management, CAD & Engg Drawings, NDT
