Description:

• We are looking for a Fresher to join as project coordinator on a permanent basis for PES Team. 
• The successful candidate will play a key role in several exciting projects.
• Please note this role will be a mix of remote and office working (2/3 days) once restrictions are lifted.

The role
• Build relationships/partner with team leaders and other project managers
• Assist with tracking of business and technical deliverables; maintain project dashboards, budgets, and other reporting requirements as necessary
• Demonstrate on-going learning of tools, processes, and project management skills
• Provide support for the project managers in delivering internal and external projects / initiatives.
• Assist with establishing and maintaining project governance including timely reporting, risk and issue management and highlighting variances.
• Manage small work streams / change requests under the guidance of the project manager
• Act as point of contact for the Project Management Organisation (PMO)
• Log requests
• Ensure that demand is collated properly to allow for effective management decision making.
