Job Description
- Responsible for managing the production workflow from acceptance to publishing.
- To collaborate with the publishing community to meet schedules and facilitate smooth workflow, ensuring timely/error-free publication.
- Need to resolve production-related errors/queries that are received from time to time (Authors, Publisher and Editors-in-Chief).
- Maintain the turn-around time for accepted publication.
- Have to monitor the workflow constantly to track sufficient copy-flow and to resolve any production-related errors.
- Plan for timely delivery of publication for international conference/symposium.
- Need to ensure that the publication is in compliance with the publisher’s standards and quality.
- To interact with clients through e-mail on a day-to-day basis.
- Intercultural awareness required, since all communications are with external scholars around the world.
