Overview
“ PRATIGYA EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVE SOCIETY ” is a secular non–political, non-profitable & non-government organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 on the 6th day of May 2005. Our organization is a pan India social service organization working to promote basic human rights to education, a better environment, improved health and hygiene, sports activities and to bring about social reforms through education, training & awareness campaigns.
Position Summary
The IT Trainer will be responsible for teaching, operating and managing the program at the designated venue and will report to the Center Manager. The IT Trainer is expected to be present during the entire course duration. He/She will be responsible for enhancing IT skills for marginalized youth.
Education and Experience
1) Must be a Graduate in the Same Stream; BSW, MSW, B.A, M.A, B.Com, M.com.
2) Excellent knowledge of Computers, MS office and the internet.
3) Expert in report writing, PPT making.
4)Strong communication skills
5) Passion for the development of youth from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
1) The Project manager will be responsible for overall project management, leading the project team, planning and executing the project activities in coordination with donor's guidelines.
2) Lead implementation of all activities mentioned under the MoU.
3) Coordinate with employers and all relevant stakeholders for student placement.
4) Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditure.
5) Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
6) Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings/training.
7) Provide support to the team in the setup of training and conduct monitoring of the project via calls/visits.
8) Prepare and share monthly, quarterly and yearly within timelines.
9) Good command over computers and the internet.
10) Report writing and documentation skills required.

4) Ability to coordinate and work well with other staff members.
5) Experience in managing project budgets.
6) Should have good communications skills and be proficient in basic computer applications like Word, Excel and Power Point.
7) Have sound knowledge of data analysis, analytical and ability to make meaningful interpretations for effective supervision.
8) Ability and willingness to travel, based on the needs of the job.
