Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Closely supervise and monitor all government projects associated with the hospital and nursing college.Coordinate with government departments, agencies, and stakeholders for project approvals, documentation, and implementation.Prepare project proposals, progress reports, and compliance documents as required.
Ensure timely execution of project activities and maintain proper follow-up.Support the overall development and growth of the college and hospital through project planning and execution.
Maintain communication between management, staff, and external partners.Assist in organizing awareness programs, surveys, community outreach, and other project-related activities.
Keep track of project budgets, resources, and timelines. Handle field visits, data collection, and reporting as needed. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all project activities.

Required Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of government schemes, social welfare programs, and NGO functioning.Ability to prepare reports, proposals, and documentation.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, documentation).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.

Experience: Minimum 0–1years of experience in government project handling / NGO work / community projects preferred.
