PROJECT COORDINATOR
Job Description

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Work, Community Development, Agriculture, Public Health, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in community-based programs, preferably with an NGO.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Support:
-
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, plans, and status reports.

Help prepare presentation materials, meeting agendas, and project proposals.
2. Coordination & Communication:
-
Act as the point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and reviews; prepare minutes of meetings and track action items.

Monitor communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed about project developments.
3. Monitoring & Reporting:
-
Track project progress and update timelines or resources as needed.

Monitor tasks and milestones to ensure timely completion.

Compile regular status reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
-
Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
4. Resource & Task Management:
-
Coordinate with team members to allocate resources effectively.

Help manage workloads and task assignments to meet project goals.

Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) to track tasks and dependencies.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
-
Ensure that all project documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Assist in performing quality control checks at different phases of the project lifecycle.

Support project audits and evaluations as needed.
