PC Manager Position Summary:

The PC Manager assists with the monitoring of the Project Coordinator team workflows and processes to ensure the prompt, efficient and accurate movement of work through the Client Services department. The PC Manager will also assist in the training and development of Project Coordinators and serve as a mentor for the team.

  • Proactively assist Company Management in achieving mission, vision and objectives for the Company.
  • Assist with the orientation and training of new team members.
  • Monitor teamwork processes to ensure client satisfaction, while looking for potential process improvements and coaching opportunities within the team.
  • Monitor internal communications and be able to assist in coordinating effective workflows.
  • Investigate errors, anomalies, and other problems for identification and future prevention.
  • Various team reporting.
  • Multi-task to handle different job requirements.

Experience, Education & Certifications
  • Work Experience: 7+ Years
  • Bachelor of Computer Application, MCA
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
