Job Description
Excellent knowledge about the Implementation of Radio & MW. Quality of work on-site, Site survey, planning Layout Finalization for installation, & Acceptance.
Understanding of Nokia & VIL Process of Nokia Producs, implementation, safety, automations tools and SNOC/Ops acceptance
Installation and commissioning: Installation of equipment interconnection 4G and 5G Nokia BTS/other OEM MW too
Coordination with TOCO/IPs for site Access for Project related task
Coordination with Partner for complete material deliver
Swayam & NDPD compliance
Field support for Hygeine / Alarm clearance (Phy AT/ Soft AT/SCFT/Quality audit)
Field support for spare arrangement
Field support for media issue rectification (Vlan Tagin, power/Frequency change etc)
Field support for WH transporter related issue
In-house activity execution ( child card grow/degrow)
Coordination for faulty/missing/Short Material to TOCO/TPT/VIL
Field support on customer critical escalations and priority events
Daily PTW Audit for compliance validation
Support to TI Partners/Engineer for Integration support (RC/PNP) / HW trouble shooting / outage restoration
Surprise field team OHS Audit
Mock Drill with TI teams for safety preparedness
Quality Cross Audit against Defaulter Resource
Fleet Compliance audit
Fleet Management Tag In/OUT
Co-ordination with operations and TOCO for site related issues and site Access for TI
Communication to TOCO and customer for MOS sites & advance itimation for I&C
Validation installation verification with respect to planning data BTS & MW both
Provide needed implementation documentation, instructions, and support to service suppliers, Supports in providing training as required.
Providing site configurations for the logistics ordering process, help to prepare SDR
Audit the installed sites & measure the SQI.
