Job Description
- Must have good knowledge in surveying, fixing bench mark for given road level and preparing level sheet based on the given site survey.
- Executing the project as per schedule and good knowledge in preparing Joint Measurement Report (JMR).
- Management of site activities and in-charge of all functions of the project including supervising the progress at site and monitoring the site labour force.
- Supervision of ongoing building work such as Brick /Block/ RCC Work, concreting, electrical, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc., at all stages
- Extract quality work from Junior Engineers and site supervisors.
- Managing and solving labour problems at site and ensuring smooth work progress.
- Relevant experience in petrol retail outlet (bunk) construction and commercial retail outlets will be added advantage.
