3+ years of Experience in IBMS/FA/PA/ACS/CCTV/Intrusion/Fire, Safety and Security systems. Project scheduling, Planning & execution.
Materials tracking, customer handling, vendor/supplier/subcon management.
Good understanding of the Operations metrics.
Capable of managing 2-4 projects.
Attending site meetings and direct interaction with customers.
Able to escalate and cascade the works.
Quality Project delivery and Field Project execution in line with project milestones
Monitoring the complete project life cycle, till the Hand over.
Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications
Good knowledge in Measurement/Qty Certification, Billing to Customer and collection
Data Analysis and Full knowledge in MS projects
Computer Skills – Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word etc.
Having good verbal communication and writing skills.
