Qualification: The applicant must have a M.Sc. in Energy Science with at least 3 years experience in solar PV. The applicant should have worked in silicon solar cells and/or modules, and be familiar with characterization techniques like EL, I-V, IR etc., and have publications in leading journals. Preference will be given to candidates who have their master's and doctoral degrees from leading academic institutes in the country.
