Job Description
Project Engineer recruitment in Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA), Pune, India
6. Managing Printers, DNS / DHCP and Disk Quotas.7. Taking care of inventory of computer consumables such as papers, printer cartridges, USB pen drives, CDROMS.8. Asset management of Computer Centre hardware.9. Monitoring day to day Backup completions.10. Any other routine/emergency work that may arise from time to time.
Qualification & Experience: B. Sc. / Diploma in Engineering. 3 years’ experience in relative areas.
Essential:1. Installation of Windows and Linux operating systems.2. Extend user level support in configuring wireless and wired network.3. Trouble shooting system and network related problems.
4. Creation of accounts on LDAP, Email, Gateway server, Biometric Access Control System and Active Directory. 5. Addressing hardware/software configuration issues.

Remuneration: Consolidated salary of Rs. 35000/- per month

Duration: One year, renewable annually based on performance
