Job Description
NIBM invites applicants for the position of Project Engineer.
Educational Qualifications and Experience: The candidate should be having Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant experience of at least 15 or more years in Institutional/Commercial set up. Preference will be given to candidates having similar work experience with PSUs, Government/Banks.
Other than site supervision the experience should include preparation of BOQs, Certification of Bills/Measurement Sheets, Coordination with consultants, contractors, agencies etc. Candidates with knowledge and experience of MS Office, Auto CAD will be preferred. Good written and communication skills are expected.
Liaising with local government bodies like Pune Municipal Corporation, District Authorities, Talathi, Forest and Garden Department.
The candidate will be responsible for Supervision of new projects being executed in NIBM.
Age : Not more than 62 years
Remuneration : An all-inclusive consolidated monthly pay commensurate to qualification and experience in the range of Rs.75,000 to Rs.1.00 lakh Campus Accommodation can be considered
