Position/Role: Project Engineer

Credentials:1. BE / B Tech (Civil) from reputed university

2. Experience: 12 - 15 years at reputed Real Estate Developer in Pune

3. Served as project manager in previous company and completed at least 2-3 in high rise project from start to finish.

Skills:1. Should possess leadership skills with self-motivation and people management skills; multi- tasking and prioritizing skills.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, networking capabilities.

3. Demonstrated experience in Auto CAD, Power point, MS Office, MS Project Software

Job Role

The role of this candidate is to Plan, lead and deliver on key projects that enable to achieve operational excellence and support the growth objectives of the company. Effectively communicate project expectations, project goals and scope to the team. Build strong working relationships across organizations and geographies. Overall responsibility for smooth working right from commencement of project till handing over. Co-ordination with the architect, structural consultants and other consultants for the drawings required for the projects. Attend in house and outside meetings to pass the knowledge and collected information. Periodic reporting to concerned directors about the project progress.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and build our real estate development execution team

Directing, evaluation of project and presenting cost/benefits analysis at project decision points for construction of residential/commercial complex, utility & infrastructure.

Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with company directors/ clients as well as making project schedule including material & manpower planning.

Leading on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the throughput.

Maintaining sustained coordination among all consultants and contractors (including labour contractors, MEP and Finishing Contractors).

Leading, monitoring and preparation of tender drawings/specifications and finalization of requirements, estimates, budget preparation & BOQ

Overseeing all engineers /supervisors /site and technical staff and being a mentor for all construction activities including providing technical inputs of methodologies of construction and coordination for site management activities.

Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans as per specifications of contract document.

Implementation of all statuary compliances related to Health, Safety, Environment as defined by regulatory authorities under all applicable labour laws etc., and at the same time ensure safe and healthy environment for all project personnel.
