We do have vacancies in pune with one of our reputed client in INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION is looking for 'Project Engg'.

Key Responsibilities 

• RSLogix 500/5000 (Software) and CompactLogix (Hardware) from ROCKWELL.
  
• Reporting to the LeadEngineer /Project Manager.
  
• Direct liaison with client/consultant with regard to all technical issues with the provision that all correspondence is copied to the Lead Engineer /Project Manager.
  
• Technical Compliance with the Project Specifications & International Standards.
  
• Responsible for the detailed engineering like system architecture, FDS, and design documents for C&I system.
  
• Responsible for the detailed engineering, configuration and testing of the interfaces to various subsystems.
  
• Preparation of Instrument datasheets, specifications, BOQ & Hook-up details.
  
• Responsible for generating FAT /SAT documents.
  
• Responsible for the system software configuration, development and testing of the Application Software (DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI).
  
• Liaison with Project Document Controller for maintaining Project Document Register.
  
• Adhering to the Project Schedule & Project Quality Plan.
  
• Preparation of Purchase requisitions for Control System Hardware.
  
• Co-ordination with the Production team for Assembly & Integration of the control system.
  
• Co-ordination with Design department for getting the CAD deliverables & Panel design details .
  
• Lead the FAT, SAT & Commissioning activities 
• Conducting Training to client.
  

• Timeliness, Logical capability, Site reports, Man-hours saved/exceeded, client feedback, quality of the workmanship etc.
  

• Ensuring effective and efficient project management, including overall project planning and monitoring of safety, quality, completion as well as financial aspects of the relevant works.
  
• Assisting in leading design consultants and engineers to ensure that programme and budget requirement are met.
  
• Ensuring that project requirements are incorporated effectively into detailed design cost, works contract drawings and specifications.
