Job Description
- Overall MEP coordination Execution of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Security& Safety Systems and Fire Fighting, Networking, IBMS .
- Must work in coordination with the Construction Manager and the Project Manager to meet the deliverables
- Good site experience in HVAC low side and high side capabilities.
- Overall exposure to plumbing, fire protection and electrical is mandatory.
- Able to do load calculations for heating and cooling.
- Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment and to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Provide planning support, reviewing sub-contractor progress and baseline reporting as well as monitoring throughout the construction stages.
- Coordination of construction personnel to ensure that the project is finished on time and without unnecessary delays
- Manage the required permits and submit reports to project managers
- Design Coordination with respective consultants.
- Need to arrange, coordinate and handle the weekly coordination meeting.
- Need check all the all the work as per the checklist.
- Should check the contractors quantities and bill.
- Should generate the bill of quantity.
- Should prepare and track the work schedule on MSP.
- Preparing DPR and WPR
