- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Special Skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Should be able to work under pressure and manage work delivery on time.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee design and engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with technical team heads and management to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients and third-party stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving technical queries and issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Review project progress, identify potential risks and obstacles, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations in all project activities, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
