Specializations such as English literature and experience in outreaches are desirable.Candidate should have experience in content writing and in customer interfacing.Candidate should possess basic knowledge of MS Office package
Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge required: Proficiency in interfacing with customers/prospects 1 on 1 and over the phone. Demonstrated proficiency in content writing. Proficiency in English
