Fellowship Rs 25,000/- per month* plus HRA @10% (Rs.27500 PM) for first1 years (as JRF)and Rs.28000/- per month plus HRA @10% (Rs.30800 PM for 2nd year (as SRF, if candidate has similar experience) **May be revised Rs. 31000/- subject to approval of SERB, New Delhi

Qualification :Graduation/Post Graduation in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication engineering/Telecomm. /Optoelectronics/Photonics/Optical Communication / Instrumentation/ MSc (Physics) and selected through a process described through any one of the following: • Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGCNET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE

The Selection process through National Level Examinations conducted by Central Government Department and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR,IIT, IISc, IISER etc.

Desirable Experience and research work in simulation & experimentation on optical fiber communication, photonics logics, optical access network design, optical simulation tools etc.

Age Limit 28 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ female/Physically Handicapped Candidate)
