Project Title : “Long-Term
Monitoring of Wildlife and their Habitats in Antarctica and Southern Ocean”

Qualification : First Class in Master’s degree in Wildlife
Sciences/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/ Life science/ Marine Biology and allied
disciplines. Minimum one-year experience of field research / wildlife
conservation work at high altitudes/ offshore marine surveys/ Polar regions.
Desirable : Experience of working in a multidisciplinary
project. Experience of conducting aerial
surveys or participation in field expeditions. Minimum one publication in a peer-reviewed UGC
approved journal
Emoluments : Rs. 25,000/- + HRA as applicable
Age Limit : Age limit for the position is 32 years but
age relaxation will be considered as per Government of India norms for reserved
category candidates.
Selection Process : The Institute will not provide accommodation for candidates appearing for the written exam and personal interview.
