Job Description
lead, plan, and manage all HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The HVAC Project Head oversees project teams, coordinates with clients and consultants, and ensures compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for all HVAC works.

Review design drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure technical and commercial accuracy.

Allocate resources effectively and monitor progress against milestones.

Manage procurement and logistics of HVAC materials and equipment.
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
-
Lead project engineers, site supervisors, and technicians to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate with other MEP disciplines, civil works, and subcontractors to resolve site conflicts.

Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress and address issues proactively.
3. Technical Oversight
-
Ensure HVAC systems are designed and installed per ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local authority standards.

Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
-
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and main contractors.

Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and quality deliverables.

Negotiate variations, claims, and ensure commercial interests are protected.
5. Financial & Quality Control
-
Track project budgets, cost control, and cash flow forecasts.

Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards on all project sites.

Prepare periodic progress reports for management and clients.
6. Strategic & Operational Input

Support business development by providing technical input for tenders and proposals.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Mentor and develop project team members for higher responsibility roles.
