Job Description
LMS Configuration and Maintenance:
Setting up and configuring the LMS to meet the organization's specific needs, including customizing settings, managing user roles, and ensuring the system operates efficiently.
User Management:
Creating and managing user accounts, assigning permissions, and providing support to ensure users can effectively access and utilize the LMS.
Content Management:
Creating, uploading, and organizing course materials, ensuring they are accessible and aligned with learning objectives.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Resolving technical issues, providing user support, and acting as a point of contact for escalated problems.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generating reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other relevant data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Working with instructional designers, trainers, and other stakeholders to implement and optimize learning programs.
Security and Data Integrity:
Maintaining the security and integrity of the LMS and user data, including implementing appropriate access controls and data backup procedures.
