Title : Molecular
phylogenetic approach towards understanding floral evolution and biogeographic
patterns in an understory perennial herb.

Qualifications : MSc degree in
Biological Sciences/ Wildlife/ Botany/ Applied Botany/ Agricultural Sciences/ Plant
Sciences from a recognized University/Institute and having minimum 60% Marks or
CGPA of 7.0 and above at a scale of 10. Should have qualified CSIR-UGC NET or
GATE or any other similar type national level exam. 2nd year MSc students appearing for the final
exam can also apply. Final mark sheet must be submitted at the time of
interview.
Desirable: Candidates with prior experience in molecular
techniques/plant molecular biology will be given preference.
Salary : Rs. 25,000/- p.m. +
HRA. (Candidates without NET/GATE qualification may be considered for a reduced
salary of 12,000/- p.m + HRA as per SERB rule)
Age Limit : Candidates should be below 25 years of age at the time of application.
