Job Summary
The role of a Project Lead involves leading the delivery of projects from conceptualization to closure by coordinating the efforts of project design, development and delivery across all internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities include:
1. Ability to consult with business associates and translate complex technical concepts to break down into development sprints.
2. Manage end to end application development & ensure production quality deployment.
3. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
4. Ability to manage activities over design and code for right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
5. Follow company framework of project management cycles
6. Leading building/leading large scale teams, experience on new build-outs, the transition of knowledge from Development teams, setting up operations, estimation models. Operational Metrics, SLA management, Reporting and Visualization
7. Exploring new technologies & maintaining high learning curve
8. Hosting & DevOps over AWS, Azure, etc
9. Working on code management on Bitbucket
10. Overall awareness of Bootstrap, Pure JS, HTML, CSS, database management, Redis, Pandas, etc
Skills:
1. CI Tools such as Docker, GitLab, Bitbucket
2. Cloud Services - AWS, Azure
3. Nginx, SSL, Proxy Management
4. Databases such as NoSQL - MongoDB, Neo4j & SQL
5. Front End, Back End Technologies like HTML, JS, Python
6. Communication tools: Slack, Gmail
