Project Management Executive Job in Stemps at Mumbai

You will be responsible for supervising and organizing our team of freelancers. You will oversee organizational tasks by executing and coordinating tasks and projects between the clients and freelancers, meeting planned goals. You will also be tasked with maintaining relations with clients and getting the most out of our clients as well as our freelancers.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating tasks between clients and freelancers
2. Working on quality checks on tasks and projects
3. Maintaining relation with the clients, following up for more business
4. Maintaining time sheets for the whole month of all freelancers
5. Submitting pay invoices to clients
6. Managing all compliances for freelancers
7. Achieving a targeted number of tasks coordinated and completed
8. Working on the ongoing training of your freelancers
9. Developing your freelancers' team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge
10. Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
11. Assisting management in any ongoing activity to improve the company's service or expand our service line
12. Recruiting new freelancers on the basis of demand
