CONTRACT LENGTH: Minimum 3 months of internship
REQUIREMENT: Laptop and a good internet connection
STIPEND: We do not provide fixed stipend. We reward performance through monetary
performance incentives mostly at end of the internship tenure

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Performing activities such as quality control and documentation according to the guidelines provided by the client.
● Maintaining the record of different items to be used or going to use at the site along with their rate list.
● Preparing and scheduling of resources such as subcontractors and purchase orders.
● Preparing and tracking purchase orders with inputs from clients where required.
● Change order and tracking based on changes and site conditions initiated and reported by the field team.
● Assist Project Team in developing, reviewing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans, and making sure needed action plans are implemented
● Ensure integration of subcontractors schedules and progress measurement system QUALIFICATIONS:
● Pursuing or completed a civil engineering bachelor's degree/ diploma
● Good communication
● Ability to work independently
● Analytical skills
● Proficient with Google suit

When we started, we worked with an exclusive client- Malbro Construction Services,
Inc. which is a construction company with operations in the United States of America,
mainly in the Tri-State Region, Puerto Rico and Texas since the 1960s.
Within one year, we had extended our operations to Shine Construction Corp, a
construction company based in New York that has established itself in the construction
industry with over 20+ years of experience.

★ NYC Build It Back Program
The program focused on assisting homeowners, landlords, and tenants whose homes
were damaged by Hurricane Sandy in NYC. The program provided several construction
options to help affected residents return to their homes, including repair, rebuild,
reimbursement and acquisition. FCCS helped in invoicing, follow ups and payment
acquisitions from the government for the projects conducted by their client, Malbro
Construction Services, Inc. Malbro successfully completed projects of over $65 mn in
JOC contracts, leading to a major growth in their firm.
★ 1-800 Water Damage of NYC
MALBRO entered into a strategic partnership branching off to the restoration side of the
business beginning 1-800 Water Damage of New York City; a franchise backed by the
largest restoration company in the world, BELFOR. A full scope of property restoration
and 24/7 emergency service company, the 1-800 Water Damage Team synergistically
works with MALBRO employees and staff. FCCS helped in project management of all
projects, being available 24/7 tirelessly along with the US counterparts.
★ Mold Buster Projects
MALBRO won a JOC multiplier bid inside a JV with Flag Enterprises, a seasoned
veteran in abatement, to complete numerous projects for NYC Housing Authority
MOLDBUSTERS in 2020 and beyond. FCCS was directly conducting complete project
management of these projects.
★ Disaster Recovery after Hurricane Maria and other recent earthquakes
MALBRO in a joint venture with Landgrow, LLC. migrated towards the next set of
disaster recovery projects, for island reconstructions in Puerto Rico. FCCS was directly
involved with Landgrow LLC. as well as assisting Malbro.

MALBRO expanded its operations and services into design, engineering, and
development services surrounding NYC. FCCS is directly involved in all planning

MALBRO is a certified installer of eco-friendly exterior and interior coating products from
GigaCrete. FCCS is involved with the project planning for this revolutionary technique to
eliminate mold or mildew issues which also demands lesser maintenance. Their system
is approved by Miami Dade DOB under the most stringent of structural building
requirements.
★ Modular Projects
Seeing trends in capabilities of modular firms, bidding has started for modular jobs such
as Habitat for Humanity in Queens 15 unit among other opportunities. FCCS is bidding
for and budgeting for such projects with MALBRO.
★ Columbia University Housing Apartments
Directly involved with the construction, renovation and reconstruction of housing
apartments for students as well as faculty members of Columbia University in NYC. A

★ Albemarle playground renovation for national parks and recreation
The City of New York acquired Albemarle Playground in 1960 to be a jointly operated
playground maintained by both Parks and the Board of Education. Serving as the
recreational facility for adjacent P.S. 230, as well as for the surrounding community, this
park opened in 1961. MALBRO acquired the contract for renovation of the playground
recently and apart from helping in bidding and acquisition of the project, FCCS also
helps in the scheduling and maintenance of project timelines and planning for the

Meet The Team
★ Kanishk Tekriwal, Director
The founding director and the brain behind FCCS, Kanishk is a constant
motivation for his employees. He has done his graduation in Civil Engineering
from Amity University and then went on to work in Supertech Limited as a site
engineer. In 2014, he went to the United States to pursue his masters from
Columbia University. Since then Kanishk has been living in New York and
working with Malbro Construction Services. FCCS was his vision which is now
taking shape.
★ Abhijeet Das, Director- Operations
A civil engineering graduate from BUIT- Bhopal and a postgraduate degree in
advanced construction management from NICMAR, Abhijeet went on to work
with brands like Samsung C&T as a quantity surveyor; Marvel Realtors as a
Senior Planning Engineer and Oyo Hotels & Homes as a Project Manager. After
gaining 4 years of experience with these companies, Abhijeet took a leap of faith
in his career towards FCCS. He outperformed and was promoted to DirectorOperations from Project Man completed masters in data science and business analytics from University of
Texas. Our Pune man, Abhijeet is a perfect blend of hard work and fun!
★ Vidushi Bharatiya, Procurement Manager
Popularly known as Vee, Vidushi is a dedicated project manager with a global
exposure in construction management. With a knack for construction projects,
she completed her bachelors in civil engineering from GM Institute of Technology
in 2013 and then went to pursue her Masters in Construction Management from
New York University. She worked for 3 years in D Handy Inc. in Broad Channel,
NY as an Assistant Project Manager. She then came back to India and since
then has been an integral part of the FCCS team. Working as a procurement
manager here, Vidushi is the life of the office. She is the go-to person when
someone wants to smile on a down day.
★ Svasti Malik, HR Manager
Svasti is a BBA graduate from Symbiosis International University. The youngest
in the team, Svasti sure knows her way through her work. She is great at
multitasking. Svasti started her career with FCCS and has been here ever since!

★ Arvind Raghav, Assistant Manager- VDC
A civil engineering graduate from NIRMA University, Ahmedabad; Arvind’s
creative side of the brain can blow your mind. He has worked at Techture
Structures PVT. LTD. for some time before he joined FCCS. Arvind knows a
variety of softwares and is a single man army handling multiple project drawings
simultaneously. He is a calm person and loves staying in his shell!
★ Rishabh Khanna, Manager- BD and Construction
A civil engineering graduate from DIT University, Dehradun; Rishabh, is a man of
true sportsman spirit. With an excellent record in both sports as well as his career
which has started with FCCS as his first job, Rishabh is an ever smiling face. He
has remarkable managerial and project management skills and his post graduate
degree in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR complements his
skills extremely well
