Job Description
1. Support the Project manager and Technical team to assess business needs in order to develop and outline Statements of Work and Specifications based on customer requirements
2. Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and tasks lists
3. Communicate the schedule, task priorities, and status to project team members, the client, and management on an ongoing basis
4. Provide on-time delivery of deliverables including requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and post-deployment activities
5. Ability to define project management processes, tools, and templates as required for the project
6. Ability to test different use cases, and scenarios on App and Web
7. Organize, document, and communicate project post-mortem analysis
8. Facilitate conversations, activities, and experiences to help build a continuous improvement culture.
