Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Co-ordinate with customers to gather the requirement
2. Understand client environment, ensure prerequisite at client end for the project commencement
3. Timely report feedback on project progress update management
4. Track milestones for every project
5. Ensure project documentation handover to client
Additional details:
1. Familiarity with IT infrastructure domains such as networking, servers, desktops, applications, etc.
2. Knowledge of ITIL practices and processes is required
3. Strong research, investigation, and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving
4. Experience using Trouble ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/remedy for handling trouble tickets
5. Working experience in Service Now, Microsoft Projects, and other project management related tools
