Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
2. Support in creating and maintaining project documentation and reports
3. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
4. Participate in project meetings and take thorough meeting minutes
5. Contribute to risk management and issue resolution
6. Monitor project progress and identify deviations from plan
7. Assist in project budget tracking and financial analysis
8. Conduct research to support project decision-making
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
10. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management tools and templates
12. Provide support in project quality assurance and process compliance
13. Assist in preparing presentations and project updates for stakeholders
14. Participate in project post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned
15. Support the project management team in ad-hoc tasks and initiatives
