Job Description
Agile & Hybrid Project Delivery – Deliver projects using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Hybrid models while
ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality control
• Program & Multi-Team Leadership – Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in large-scale, multi-
team environments; facilitate PI Planning and SoS, build high-performing teams through servant leadership
• Stakeholder & Executive Management – Partner with business, product, engineering, QA, and
leadership to drive alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making
• Delivery Governance & PMO Practices – Establish delivery standards, reporting frameworks, RAID
management, and execution governance to improve predictability
• Planning, Estimation & Capacity Management – Drive realistic planning through capacity analysis,
dependency management, and backlog readiness
• Metrics, Reporting & Tooling (Jira) – Track delivery health using velocity, burndown, cycle time,
milestones, and dashboards; automate reporting via Jira and augmented by Agentic AI
• Agile Transformation & Change Management – Lead enterprise Agile transformations, migrating teams
from Waterfall to Agile and scaling Agile maturity
