Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and detailed plans while aligning with business objectives.
Budget & Resource Allocation: Develop and control project budgets, manage resource allocation, and track expenditures.
Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: Identify potential issues early, implement mitigation strategies, and address on-site or technical challenges.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact, providing regular progress reports to executives and clients.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, motivate, and mentor project teams, including coaching junior project managers.
Process Improvement: Implement best practices, lessons learned, and, in some cases, support PMO (Project Management Office) functions.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Typically 5-10+ years of project management experience, often requiring industry-specific expertise (e.g., IT, construction).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) are often required.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.) and tools like Excel or AutoCAD.
