Job Description
Project Planning & Execution:
Manage telecom rollout projects such as:
4G / 5G rollout
Network expansion
Modernization and upgrade projects
Ensure project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress
Team & Resource Management:
Lead zonal project teams including:
Project Engineers
Field Engineers
Implementation Teams
Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects
Customer Coordination:
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for customers at zonal level
Conduct project review meetings with customers
Provide regular project status reports
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and partners
Ensure vendor performance meets project standards
Coordinate with internal departments like:
RF Team
Integration Team
Transmission Team
Operations Team
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure telecom rollout meets quality standards
Follow safety and compliance guidelines
Ensure proper documentation and acceptance
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
