Job Description
Manage and supervise telecom field operations including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of telecom equipment.
Coordinate with field engineers and technicians for site activities.
Ensure timely deployment of telecom network infrastructure such as microwave, fiber, BTS, and related equipment.
Monitor network performance and service quality in the assigned region.
Handle fault management and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Manage vendor coordination and field teams to ensure project completion within deadlines.
Maintain site documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Ensure safety standards and telecom regulations are followed during field activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of telecom networks (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G)
Experience with Microwave, RF, BTS, Fiber (FTTx) operations
Knowledge of network troubleshooting and maintenance
Vendor management and team handling experience
Good communication and coordination skills
