- Proven ability to drive large scale engineering projects with deep understanding of Automation with high collaboration and leadership
- Understand of technologies like Scada/PLC programs using Siemens/Rockwell/Emerson Delta V tools
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Coordinate and manage task assignments through Microsoft Project Management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks based on business needs
- Manage key projects across functional groups
- Oversee project progress to ensure timelines and due dates are met
- Interact and coordinate with resources/stakeholders as related to active assigned projects
- Interact with suppliers/vendors/third parties as related to active assigned projects
- Organize/coordinate weekly progress review meetings with project team members and update the management.
Qualification:
- B. Tech /B. E Computer Science, Electrical Instrumentation or related field with a minimum of five years of experience in Automation/Project management.
- PG/Equivalent
- Any experience in managing panel building and site erection is a plus
- Prior experience in Pharma & Life sciences is a plus
