Job Description
Position Details:
- Work closely with customers to define and prioritize their detailed business needs
- Work closely with the delivery team and responsible for project deliverables
- Deliver projects using resource augmentation, fixed bid and managed projects approach
- Single point of contact for all product development areas
- Bridge customer requirements and Jamcracker capabilities through deep understanding of the feasibility of Jamcracker solutions
- Ability to work in Start-up environment
- 6 – 10 years of experience in IT
- 4+ years of Development & Solution Architecture experience (Java, J2EE expertise) Strong technical knowledge (XML, Java, J2EE, Web services )
- 4+ years of management experience (Program management, Project management, People management)
- Saas / IaaS Experience preferred
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Architectures, QA, IT Operations, Account Managers)
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills
