Project Manger In This Role Get To

Be the expert: Work with solution architect and Sr. Engineers to convert architecture and design into PoC

Extend support: Work with delivery team to implement solution/ PoC, or IP/ accelerator developed by the CoE

Strengthen relationships: Work with solution architect and Sr. Engineers to contribute to development of IP/ accelerators relevant to the CoE

Set the path to success:Provide best practice advice to customers and team members; support senior members of the team in writing of ‘Point of View’ document on emerging technology trends

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (BE/ B.Tech)
• Master's degree in a related field preferred (ME/ M.Tech, MS, MCA)
• 10+ years of experience in IT services including at least 5 years of professional supervisory experience in leading project delivery
• Experience in successfully delivering Agile projects
• Experience in delivering digital IT services projects in the CX transformation domain preferred (e.g. digital touchpoint transformation, omni-channel CX, personalization and recommendations, marketing automation, CRM)
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Skilled in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement and increasing transparency
• Inspires, collaborates and leads teams to drive effective client results
• Adjusts approach to mitigate risks and ensure high quality results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
