Job Description

Requirements gathering from a data perspective for an onboarded case Knowledge of Web and App development is a must to handle all kinds of projects Work with Business Systems Analysts to ensure that data requirements are fully integrated into software development requirements and both teams are fully aware of any changes that may affect the other Ensure adequate requirements are documented and approved by the client Project Managers and management

Resource planning and communication stay up to date on all assigned cases and be able to give a current status update at any time Take charge of any arising issues on an assigned case by facilitating meetings setting up incident calls and providing solutions to overcome obstacles dependencies skills Learn new processes or procedures with minimal direction and guidance Knowledgeable user in Microsoft Project and Excel with experience communicating technical business rules and requirements strong analysis and research skillsAbility to effectively handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects with changing prioritiesProven problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematicallyExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional calm demeanor

Ability to interact with all levels of managers and endusers in the organization critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are required
