• We have an Urgent Requirement for the post of Project Manager for Cloud Services with a renowned company based out at Delhi.
  

• Project Manager (Cloud Services) will manage the specific cloud technology stack (VMware / Microsoft / Open Source etc.) and its Service delivery. 
  
• The Project Manager (Cloud) will be the interface between Client Cloud core team and its Facility Management Staff.
  
• He will facilitate the Cloud Services Operations & Management with his services through proper management system and job distribution system.
  
• He will be responsible for monitoring and managing the complete service delivery module of respective technology stack during the time frame of this contract.
  
• The PMCS will act as a center point for escalation and management of day to day issues that may arise from the delivery prospect of the proposed services mentioned above. 
  

The Project Manager (Cloud Services)’s roles & responsibilities with respect to specific cloud technology stack, are:

• Overall responsible for Cloud Services operations and smooth functioning for specific cloud technology stack.
  
• Interface between Client Cloud core team and deployed FMS team. 
  
• Report to Client Cloud core team for day to day operations.
  
• Provide technical solutions and strategic recommendations to enhance productivity and its services. He should have thorough knowledge of working environment within the above mentioned services.
  
• Manage and coordinate according to requirements defined by Client Cloud core team.
  
• Provide company escalation matrix to Client Cloud core management team as and when required.
  
• Project Manager (Cloud Services) will be the interface to provide all periodic reports as and when required by the Client Cloud core team, configuring, maintaining and smooth running of all management software. Ensuring the call logging and its tracking is done through proper surveillance & guidance. 
  
• Responsible for preparation and delivery of all periodic (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly) reports as well as all invoicing relating to the service being delivered. 
  
• Shall undertake the training on Cloud Services operations& management, cloud Support desk operations to their staff and also prepare run book for the same.
  
• Project Manager (Cloud Services) shall provide management services for smooth Cloud Services environment and maintain performance at optimum levels on 6 days a week basis (including holidays).
  
• He has to ensure the compliance of security policies governed by Client. He will have to train team members on security policies.
  
• Shall undertake the training on Cloud Services operations& management, help desk to their staff and also prepare run book for the same.
  
• Project Manager (Cloud) shall bear the responsibility for the duty scheduling and preparation of monthly duty rooster in 1 week in advance.

Skills/Expertise:

• Good Knowledge & working experience in implementation & live running of Cloud & Virtualization Services (in any one of technology stacks available like Microsoft / VMware / Open-Source etc.)
  
• Knowledge   of   organizing,   planning,   directing   and   coordinating   the   overall responsibilities.
  
• Knowledge   of   the   principles   and   methodologies   associated   with   program management
  
• Expertise in managing similar service delivery operations, Good Communication Skills.
