About The Role
To analyse project and application / product requirements
Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
Create project supporting documents
Prepare and update functional documents
Provide support during User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
Develop expertise on a specific application/tools
Suggest and implement technical solutions for the defects identified (where ever possible)
Analyse quality of service and suggest improvements
Manage the documents used by testing team using version control softwares
Coach team members on technical and business knowledge of application(s)
Track and report project progress (actual and reforcast) against project plans
About You
knowledge and abilities
Understands business reporting requirements and translates into an IT solution.
Direct interface with Client/ Business Stakholders to gather business requirements.
Translate the requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for the technical team.
Perform data profiling to translate the business requirements to user stories.
Create functional test cases and perform functional validation.
Manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity via change management and reprioritization.
Strong analytical skills who is able to work with complex processes and perform complex data analysis.
Able to work with large datasets and use data analysis tools to draw conclusions.
Work with and guide our Product Owners to fill in technical gaps in requirements.
Utilizing SQL to write custom queries, stored procedures and functions.
Leads or works independently to provide for data transformation, testing, solving problems, and end-to-end user support needs.
Able to effectively communicate (written and verbal), including cross-border communications.
Innovation, creativity and an outside-the-box mindset are all keys to your success as you work with stakeholders and delve into the real business needs of the client and not just take the face value of what the needs may be.
Education, Qualifications, And Certifications
B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. / B.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent
Good to Have - French Reading/Writing expertise
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in Business Analysis.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Reporting Business Solution Analyst in Sales domain (SFDC or Dynamics Sales) & Data profiling.
Experience in documenting User Stories and Functional Test cases.
Good level of practiced technical knowledge.

Proven SQL skills and familiarity.
Hands on coding knowledge and working with back end systems and architecture is highly desired.
Understand and create UML diagrams, Process designs, Flow documents
Good to have - Knowledge on French Language
Select up to a maximum of 20 skills or certifications. Aim for 5 behavioral skills, the rest, professional skills or certifications
