Job Requirements
- 2-5 yrs experience
- CTC: upto 3 LPA for the right profile
- Should have managed Interior Designing projects for more than a year.
- Should speak all 3 languages (English/Hindi/Telugu) fluently.
- High maturity levels and ability to extract work from contractors & site engineers.
- Highly organized and disciplined.
Job Responsibilities
- Appoint our listed contractors in our sites and get work done from them on time.
- Manage each site in line with a schedule of workflow and timings.
- Negotiate with existing n new vendors to get best discounts and quick deliveries.
- Train and Manage site engineers at various sites.
- Point of contact for clients to discuss work progress and attend site visits.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Required education: Bachelor's
- Required experience: Project Management: 2 years minimum
- Required language: English/Hindi/Telugu
