Job Description
- We are looking for Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Project Lead For Kolkata Location but our company is located in Gurgaon/Delhi.
- Only looking for 2+ years of experience with IT exposure.

- Coordinate with internal team for flawless execution of project
- Ensure on time delivery of project modules
- Develop a detailed project plan to track project
- Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
- Report and escalate to management as and when required
- Manage relationship with clients and stakeholders
- Should be able to manage Change Requests
- Create documentation including requirements documentation such as BRD / FRD, Reports, Project management plans, Status reports
- Should have good experience working with development teams, testers, designers and should be able to understand practical delivery problems faced by teams
- Throughout involvement in all phases of SDLC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solution-oriented and analytical thinking
- An appreciation of both traditional and agile project management processes
- Flexibility and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Should have good organisational skills, time management and prioritization.
- MBA / PGDM / MCA / B.E. / B. TECH
- IT Project Coordination Exposure
- Should be strong in Client/Team Handling and project documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical Qualification Degree would be preferred
- Exposure over E-Governance Projects would be a plus
- Able to speak Bengali
